I’m pretty indifferent to what’s happening to Megaupload but I do disagree with what is happening to the creators of the site.  The material on Megaupload is all user-uploaded, the creators shouldn’t be held responsible for it.  File sharing itself is not illegal, sharing copyrighted material is.  The people responsible for Megaupload are only responsible for the former, not the latter.
