Why does everyone think I need to meet people?

I’ve been to college parties, the ones I went to sucked.  They were full of boring people dancing to shitty music drinking shitty beer.

Now, a party with interesting people listening to good music drinking fancy champagne or whiskey, THAT is a party.  And I have yet to go to one that matches such a description.  Something tells me I never will.  Therefore I will not go to another college party.
